It all started in 2003 with a trip to Paris, France. We, like so many before us, enjoyed the many street vendors and would make a daily stop at a crepe stand, where we would choose either a simple crepe, like lemon and sugar, or a savory crepe, like ham and cheese.
When we got back home we were inspired to share a part of that Paris experience with others and set about starting Crepe Crazy. The Pacific Northwest is rich with exceptional produce and our top priority was to support local farmers by using the freshest ingredients we could find. We filled the crepes with fresh berries from local farms and our Banana Foster sauce uses cream from local dairies. In 2004, Crepe Crazy debuted at the Summer Market in Edmonds, Washington. The response was overwhelmingly positive and we were delighted.
In 2005, we became RiverHouse Creations, Crepes at the Market. The sweet aroma of crepes fills the market air in Edmonds, Puyallup and Renton. Our sauces, bursting with flavor and beautifully packaged can now be purchased for yourself or as a gift that is sure to be savored. Not only delicious on crepes, you can turn the ordinary into extraordinary by creating your own masterpieces. Use the sauces over pancakes, cheesecake, fresh fruit or used as a glaze on seafood, pork or poultry.
